I am using WP Affiliate WP Estore with a Wishlist membership site. Yesterday I updated both E Store and WP Affiliate to the lastest versions.
I have two issues
1/ when using W3 total cache all the WP Affiliate graphics are skewed and placed on the left of a page – when using WP Super cache thay are OK. I have put the code in the rejected cookies section.
2/ when a sale is processed via an affiliate link – the reffereal click is tracked but not the sale. I thought that this may be due to the fact I am offerring a FREE trial period so I tested it with an immediate sale and got the same results.
I have checked all of my settings and cannot identify where the problem is.
January 13, 2012 at 9:52 am #40721adminKeymasterWhat versions of the plugins were you using before you upgraded them? What version of WordPress are you using?
January 13, 2012 at 4:41 pm #40722David MitchellMemberWP 3.1 and can’t upgrage due to them customisation. Re plugins I can’t remember but I purchased the plugin in July last year.
January 14, 2012 at 5:59 am #40723adminKeymasterI sent you an email to get site access so I can check it out.

January 16, 2012 at 5:38 am #40725adminKeymasterI looked at your products which are subscription products and they have a 14 day free trial. The commission will be awarded when the actual subscription amount is charged after the 14 days. Are you expecting a commission to be awarded on a free trial ($0.00 amount)? Please note that free trials won’t generate any commission.
January 16, 2012 at 9:18 am #40726David MitchellMemberThanks Ivy – could you re test please?
I ran a test without the trial period i.e. a product purchase @£19.97 and yes the commission link worked
I have just ran another test with the trial period being charged @99p with £19.97 being charged 14 days later – no sale registered
I have left this set up for the Silver program and would be grateful if you would test again form me
January 17, 2012 at 5:52 am #40727adminKeymasterI see the issue with your second test (the one with the subscription payment). You made your trial amount to be 0.99 which is lower than the value you have in the “Price” field of that product so the plugin’s security check failed and stopped processing that payment. I got the following form the debug:
[01/16/2012 8:58 AM] – FAILURE :Wrong Product Price Detected! Actual Product Price : 19.97 Amount Paid: 0.99
[01/16/2012 8:58 AM] – FAILURE :IPN product validation failed.
Please correct the mistake and it will work fine.
January 17, 2012 at 11:59 am #40728David MitchellMemberThanks – I have made the price .97p and the free trial period 1 day – will test now
January 18, 2012 at 2:20 pm #40729David MitchellMemberHi- I can confirm that the sale and commission registered OK – thanks
February 4, 2012 at 9:46 pm #40730cfwatsonMemberI’m having the same problem with no commissions being reported for affiliates, I do not have any free trial offers, just products. Can anyone tell me why it not working all of a sudden? I also upgraded to the new WP 3.3.1. I need ot get this fixed asap. my affiliates are getting frustrated.
Thank you,
Colin
