Affiliate login url – [http://petespaleo.com/become-an-affiliate/]
WordPress 3.5.1
WP Affiliate v 5.3.3
I have attempted two affiliate set ups. one was successful, the other was not. the second sent me a confirmation email with blank information in the user id, password, email fields and when i attempted to login, it wouldn’t let me but didn’t provide an error message. under manage affiliates all of those fields are blank for that affiliate and it won’t let me manually enter in the affiliate id.
second issue is that using the affiliate link for the successful creation, it won’t let me track clicks or sales. neither are showing up.
i’m using big commerce shopping cart as a subdomain – buy.petespaleo.com under petespaleo.com
Should the conversion code use the domain or subdomain:
<img src=”http://petespaleo.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/api/post_by_ip.php?secret=xxx&sale_amt=%%ORDER_AMOUNT%%&txn_id=%%ORDER_ID%%&buyer_email=%%ORDER_EMAIL%%” width=”1″ height=”1″/>
i’ve x’d out the secret word for public forum purposes
Thank you!
Hi, I will try a test sign up to check it out. In the meantime can you please install a fresh copy of the affiliate plugin?

The post/tracking URL should be set to the WP Install where the affiliate platform plugin is installed. Looking at your setup it should be using your main site URL. This is a good read for you:

Can you enable debug so we can see what happens after the tracking code gets executed?
