    When affiliates are trying to update their profile even changing the password, after clicking the update button it redirects to a blank page.

    Username: asif

    pass: 123456789

    It’s an argent issue cause we are starting our affiliate program from tomorrow. So please give me solution and if possible please give an email address of the admin so that I can contact directly.

    1. When did this problem first occur? When was the last time you got the expected result?
    2. Please try this:

    This looks like a plugin conflict to me. Please do the following test:

    Problem started from the first day. I checked the plugin with another theme. All is working fine. How may I know which plugin is conflicting or responsible for the issue?

    By doing the tests, @admin asked you to perform, in his previous post, and the “process of elimination.”
