WP-Stamper Activation Error Message — ionCube PHP Loader

When I try to activate the pdf-Stamper plugin I get the following error message:

Site error: the file /home/content/94/6492094/html/Poker-Isometrics/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/wp_pdf_stamp1.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

My hosting is on Godaddy, I have their highest tier of shared hosting (ultimate unlimited grid hosting or something) however I do not have a dedicated server.

Am I gonna be able to get around this at all? Does pdf-stamper definitely require that software on the server?
