Will I lose everything if I delete and reinstall WP eStore & WP Affiliate?

My hosting company just told me that these plugins both have corrupt files in them, and that I needed to delete and reinstall them. I’m concerned that I will lose all of my data if I do this.

Do you have any suggestions.
