WP eStore – Where do I enter a product sku

I have looked through the forum but have to ask what seems like a very silly question. Where can I enter a sku for a specific product?

There is a product ID that is auto set by estore, and obviously this needs to be kept, but I would like there to also be a second product id or sku that I can enter for my staff to easily reference what product has been ordered.
