Tagged: view cart
I have just installed the plugin at http://store.titus2homemaker.com, and am using the sidebar widget for the shopping cart. When I add an item to the cart, it shows in the sidebar that I have added it, but if I click “View Cart,” nothing happens. (It just reloads the current page.) What am I doing wrong?
(I think this plugin is awesome, and very easy to actually use, but finding the documentation I need is very difficult.)
(Also, totally off-topic, but the top of this forum page doesn’t change when you log in, either. I thought I was doing something wrong, but I show as logged in on other pages – just not the main page.)
The “view cart” link is suppose to take you to the “checkout” page where you have the shopping cart. What URL value did you enter in the “Checkout Page” field of eStore’s settings menu?

Ah. I don’t have one entered. If I’m using Paypal checkout, what should this be?
You create a WordPress page and call it “Checkout”. Then place the shortcode that displays the shopping cart. For example: you can place the following shortcode in this page:
[wp_eStore_cart]
You should watch the video tutorial on this page which will give you a good overview:
