This has been posted previously by others, but the last thread I’ve found is about eight months old. Nobody appears to be responding to that thread any longer, so I thought it necessary to start a new one.
The problem is where you toggle the fullscreen mode of videos in the lightbox view. The video will autostart from the beginning, each time you switch views. This is not how the underlying Flowplayer works. However, Flowplayer did have a fix recently, that may have addressed this – ‘Fix #613’.
This is a deal breaker for our project. This user experience isn’t good. Given that we couldn’t have known this until we purchased it, would this qualify for a refund, if there is no workaround?

Hi, We are aware of it. We are just taking some time to update it. We have a lot of shortcodes that use flowplayer. So we don’t want to introduce new bugs just by including the new library.

Do you have an ETA on when this may be addressed? As I mentioned this is a deal breaker for our project. As is, we can’t use the feature.
