Of course I realise that it is not related directly to the plugins but it may be something that another user has experienced and therefore I thought it was worth asking in order to assist myself and others into the future especially as you recommend the W3 total cache plugin and explain how to use it with the estore and emember plugin both of which I have purchased from you.
As a customer of yours I am a little disappointed by the reply from admin which does seem a little patronising ‘Well the error is very obvious’ not sure why you felt the need to reply in such a way and for those of us who are not PHP and plugin experts I would say it is not always obvious and any help and advice is appreciated.October 28, 2011 at 9:29 am #20693
I’ve done everything mentionned in this post but i get the following error in the dashboard:
Fatal error: Class ‘W3_PgCache’ not found in /var/www/aucoeurdupiano/public/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/wp_eStore1.php on line 1253October 28, 2011 at 10:41 am #20694
I have upgrade to last versions today but still the same problem.October 28, 2011 at 12:34 pm #20695wzpModerator
You have the latest versions of both eStore **AND** W3 Total Cache?October 28, 2011 at 3:15 pm #20696
Yes, new versions for all my plugins.
I tried on several of my websites and the same problem everytime.October 28, 2011 at 10:03 pm #20697
You must have a copy of the old version lying around in the plugins directory or you are not using the latest build of eStore. What is the version number of eStore that you are using currently?December 1, 2011 at 8:00 pm #20698coolvibeMember
I am also getting this error
Fatal error: Class ‘W3_PgCache’ not found in /home/***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/wp_affiliate_platform1.php on line 619
everything seems to work fine when I remove this
// W3 Total Cache is active
$integration_in_place = false;
$w3_pgcache = & W3_PgCache::instance();
function. what impact would it have on perfromance of W3Total cache? other wise the plugin is not working.December 2, 2011 at 3:00 am #20699
There is no impact. That code is purely there to tell the users to follow this post which you have already done. If you update the affiliate plugin you won’t see that error anymore.February 18, 2012 at 3:07 am #20700JandJMember
Fatal error: Class ‘W3_PgCache’ not found in wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/wp_eMember1.php on line 446 I tried as told in the start of this post but not working…February 18, 2012 at 11:22 pm #20701
You had another post with this similar issue and you mentioned you took care of it. I am guessing you are not having this issue anymore. Reply below if you are still seeing the issue.March 26, 2012 at 10:00 pm #20702cfagbataMember
Since I use woocommerce, I am wondering if I still have to follow the same instructions stated above?March 27, 2012 at 5:41 am #20703
If you are not using one of the following plugins then you do not need to do anything explained in this forum thread:
– WP eStore
– WP Affiliate
– WP eMember
Even if you do, it won’t hurt anythingApril 17, 2012 at 6:01 am #20704orenharrisMember
Even when I do what you have described in the OP, adding the rejected cookies and disabling the compression on the browser caching page, my download links are still providing zip files that are corrupted. It only works properly again when I disable w3 total cache.
I am using version 0.9.2.4 of w3tc and version v6.5.5 of the eStore plugin. Thanks for your help in advance!April 17, 2012 at 6:34 am #20705orenharrisMember
