Using the Plugins Together with WP Super Cache Plugin

I just purchased and installed the WP Affiliate plugin on our website. I also have the WP Super Cache Plugin. The initial installation instructions for WP Affiliate plugin talk about changes that need to be made to the settings of the WP Super Cache Plugin, but the settings that are to be changed and the screen shot provided in the instructions do not match what I see in the settings available in the current version of WP Super Cache. So, I need to know what the correct settings should be to use the current version of WP Super Cache with the WP Affiliate plugin.

Addendum – The settings page on the WP Affiliate plugin I installed identified that I am using the WP Super Cache plugin and instructed me to go to the support page listed above (https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/using-the-plugins-together-with-wp-super-cache-plugin) which is very out of date. So, your plugin itself needs to be updated to direct users to a good, current set of instructions on how to set up WP Super Cache to work with the WP Affiliate plugin.
