@theshift, The default behaviour of the addon is that shipping will apply to all the physical products (If it meets a condition).
The field you are referring to is optional. If you have some IDs in it, then shipping will only apply to these products. In your case just leave that field empty.

You can use the shipping variation option to add an extra shipping charge for international orders:

Thanks! Does this mean that for every product I have to add this to the cart? I ask – I have over 365 products – seems daunting. Perhaps I will just ship to the US after all.
@theshift, You only need to specify the shipping variation in the settings. It will apply to the whole shopping cart.
