Urgent: Add to cart stopped functioning

No code changed, but the add to cart now adds nothing to the cart.

When you choose add to cart, the page refreshes and nothing happens, If you go to the cart, it is empty.

We just sent out a mailing sending people to the site to buy items and the site is not working now! Please help.

If I have posted a duplicate, please delete one and reply. My browser hung and I can’t find my other post.

After going through all of the troubleshooting information I could find, there seemed to be a potential problem with the php. I contacted server support and they informed me that there was a rule that needed to be whitelisted in php. It was done, but still the cart doesn’t work. He said that he had fixed the following error:

Did you also try a quick conflict test just to be sure nothing is interfering with the shopping cart?

Also, I’m not sure if this may be contributing or not but I can see a couple of javascript errors on your page too:

I have gone through the checklist. I have a couple of questions. The first problem with the cart is the download manager plugin. If I disable it, the cart will display. I still cant check out though. The cart empty error comes up. Went through the pho tests and all is well with php according to the tests. Also verified the php settings in the config file. Will check on the javascript errors, but I dont think this can be the problem. Any further thoughts?

Please clarify what you mean by “download manager plugin.”

I just went to your site and added a product then checked out and it worked fine for me.
