Hello, I uprgraded the Yoast Google Analytics for WordPress plugin to the latest version (5.0.7). I enabled Universal tracking (and the demographics and interest reports).
I also installed and activated the Epic Plugins Addon.
Since then the transactions aren’t being recorded anymore.
My website: [http://www.coachdrague.com/blog/]
Thanks in advance.
P.S. My question is: what should I do to have the tracking working properly?
P.P.S. I’m using a customized version of eStore v5.9.9.6. (customized i.e. adds customers in getresponse as actives, some css tweaks, modified fr.php file). So I hope you wont ask me again to update, because with each update I have to redo the customizations.
October 25, 2014 at 11:36 pm #66342adminKeymasterecommerce tracking in eStore only needs the following addon (no other plugin is required anymore):
You will need to update your copy of eStore:

What change did you do for the getresponse integration? Maybe I can add an option for it in the plugin.
You can add your custom CSS using the following plugin so it doesn’t get overwritten:

Before updating you can backup your language file so you can re-apply it after the update.

A few years ago, people added to Getresponse via eStore were not put in the follow-up/autoresponder cyle. In other words, they were put on the Getresponse list, but they did not receive the follow-ups/autoresponders.
So I contacted you, and you changed that. From then on people added to Getresponse via eStore were added to the follow-up cycle. They did receive the preprogrammed autoresponders.
You can find more info here:

A few more questions:
1. Do I really need to update my eStore plugin for the Epic Plugin to track my sales properly?
2. I want to have general website stats, so I’ll keep Google Analytics by Yoast. Will GA by Yoast interfere with Epic Plugin? Or can both coexist in peace?
3.If I really need to update eStore, do I have to update it first and then contact you regarding the Getresponse integration (option 3.a)? Will you send me a “modified” updated version of eStore plugin (option 3.b)? Or are contacts now by default put in the follow-up cycle by eStore (option 3.c), which means that I can siply update eStore?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, because if you’ve never updated your plugin to current standards, we might end up on a wild goose chase, trying to figure out problems that have already been fixed.
@admin will address your other questions, when he gets in.
December 8, 2014 at 2:10 am #66345adminKeymaster1) Yes you need to update the plugin
2) Yes they can co-exist (no issues)
3) You don’t have to apply any modification after the update. Getresponse integraion should work the way you expalined it (meaning, it should send the follow up after they are added to a list).
December 8, 2014 at 11:53 am #66346DigbickParticipantThanks Wzp, thanks Admin.
If I’m not mistaken, I should UNCHECK the checkbox: WP eStore -> Settings -> 3d Party integration -> Google Analytics Tracking: Enable Google Analytics Tracking.
And instead install and activate the Google Analytics eCommerce Tracking plugin by Epic Plugins and then enter my GA tracking ID in: WP eStore -> eCommerce Tracking -> Analytics E-Commerce Tracking Settings.
Is that correct?
Thanks again.
December 8, 2014 at 10:40 pm #66347adminKeymasteryes, you are correct.
December 8, 2014 at 11:50 pm #66348DigbickParticipantGreat,
I got it working partially.
It tracks the sales and the revenue, but it doesn’t track the product.
So in Google Analytics I can see the that there has been a sale and the sale value.
But I can’t see which product has been sold.
Before, with the “old tracking system” (eStore + GA by Yoast) it tracked also the product and the product SKU.
And of course, that’s very valuable info.
So, how can I track which products are being sold with the new Epic Plugin?
Thanks in advance.
December 12, 2014 at 3:10 pm #66349DigbickParticipantSir, can you help me out, please?
December 13, 2014 at 12:24 am #66350wpCommerceModerator@Digbick, Is it a shopping cart checkout (Add to Cart) or one-item purchase (Buy Now)? Please enable debug in the eStore settings and do a test purchase so I can check it.

December 21, 2014 at 1:52 pm #66351DigbickParticipantThanks for support.
It is a one item purchase (buy now). And I’m using the textlink function. I did the test purchase with this link: [http://www.coachdrague.com/blog/?wp_eStore_buy_now=8]
Here’s the ipn_handle_debug.log:

December 22, 2014 at 3:18 am #66352wpCommerceModerator@Digbick, Thanks for sharing the debug content. We have been able to fix the issue. I have emailed you the updated addon with instructions. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
December 23, 2014 at 1:24 am #66353DigbickParticipantI just did a test.
And it works fine now.
Thank you very much for the support.
