My eMember plugin is not allowing me to add a start date to an Additional Membership Level. It brings up a dropdown box to select the month, another dropdown box to select the year. Below those are two small dropdown boxes that you cannot click on. It won’t let me manually add the date either. Please advise.

June 22, 2021 at 3:19 pm #83232Linda BellParticipantGreat news! I deleted/reinstalled a fresh version of the plugin and it’s working now. Hooray! (And no, I don’t use Internet Explorer. I’m on a Mac. I use Chrome and Safari. Don’t know why ‘msie” was in the error.)

What’s odd is that I was not using Internet Explorer. I was using Google Chrome. (Same error on Safari.)
June 22, 2021 at 7:31 pm #83235adminKeymasterWe no longer use the following JS library so lets try to find out where that is coming from:
jquery.tools18.min.js
There should be a full path or URL with that error that gives a clue as to which plugin or addon it is coming from. Can you take a look to see where that is coming from?
June 22, 2021 at 9:14 pm #83237Linda BellParticipantI’ve already deleted the plugin and replaced it with a fresh copy, so I can’t explore the issue. Fortunately, everything is working great now. Thank you for the support! I really love your products!
