Transaction Details Not Displayed on Thank You Page – estore

I would like to display the transaction details on the thank you page. Adding this shortcode – [wp_eStore_display_transaction_result] – did not work. Nothing at all showed where the shortcode was placed.

Can you please let me know which shortcode I can use?

Also is there a list of transaction/purchase shortcodes for my reference? I couldn’t find any in the documentation.

Were you expecting to see download links? Please review this thread, to determine which manual checkout behavior you are trying to configure:

I was expecting to see the details of the products ordered – i.e. the transaction details that are sent in the email order notification.

This website does not offer downloadable products, so I wasn’t expecting to see download links.

The plugin doesn’t not show transaction details (which gives download links if any) unless the money has been collected.

If you use the 2nd option mentioned in the following page then it will show the transaction details (because you are saying it is okay to do so before the money is collected):

Which payment gateway is this for? Do you have the debug option enabled? If you do, have you done a test transaction after that so I can investigate the log file?

What is the URL of your product page?

Payment gateway is ‘Authorize.net Advanced Integration Method’. I can send you the log file. How can i do this?

@premierweb, Have you also enabled “Transaction Result Display” option in the eStore general settings? I just checked the log file. The transaction seems to be going through.
