We hired a designer to do some work on our sites theme. Everything looked just fine but when we go to log in to the affiliate system as an affiliate, we get an error:
Security check failed on login
After reading some posts, I deactivated wp-Affiliate via the plugins page but when I try to Activate it again, I am receiving the error:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/contact/public_html/wp-content/themes/MyProductAWAN/functions.php:55) in /home/contact/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881
Can you give me any advice on what needs to be done to correct this and get wp-affiliate working again.
The designer can offer no advice as his ‘theme is working fine’.

*this designer* seems to have added some code in an area that is getting executed before the header data is sent.
1) Reload the WP affiliate plugin:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
2) Check if you still see the issue.
3) If you do see the issue then do this theme test mentioned here:
