Newly installed the plugin and trying to set it up. However, I get this error:
The URL specified in the “Affiliate Login URL” field does not seem to be a valid URL! Please check this value again:
http://domain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/login.php
The URL specified in the “POST URL for Commission Awarding” field does not seem to be a valid URL! Please check this value again:
http://domain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/api/post.php
The URL specified in the “POST URL for Remote Click Tracking” field does not seem to be a valid URL! Please check this value again:
http://domain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/api/remote-click-track.php
I have checked and the files are located as they are listed. Any thoughts?
July 27, 2012 at 11:15 pm #47827adminKeymasterIf you know that the URL is correct then you can ignore that error message (it will not harm your site). It is just checking to see if the URL values that you entered is correct to prevent any typos). Something on your server is blocking the method used to perform the URL validation check. Which is why it is showing that error. Your users won’t see that error (it is only for the admin).
July 27, 2012 at 11:20 pm #47828debbuxtonMemberProblem is that I can’t get to the page for the affiliate login. It tells me the page is missing. I have already checked with our hosting service and they do not see any reason why it would not be working.

Am able to run the plug-in on other domain on same server (virtual private server, so only our stuff).
July 28, 2012 at 12:05 am #47830adminKeymasterFor some reason the standalone php files are not executing on this server. Only your hosting provider can help with that.
However, there is an alternative that should help you. Please try option 2:

Strange though that it runs on the other domain on the same server, but not for this domain.

July 28, 2012 at 6:45 am #47832adminKeymasterPlease try loading a fresh build of the plugin:

Make sure you use WordPress’s plugin uploader to upload the plugin zip file (do not use FTP program).
