The sales counts are not working – still show as zero for manual checkout

after many tries i finally got this plugin to work – somewhat.. some of the shortcodes still don’t work and i’ve tried everything people have said to do..

nevertheless, now i have another problem.. the sales counts are stuck on zero.. i created 2 manual sales from the front end website and they seemed to process fine as i got email confirmation and was redirected to my thank you page.. BUT the sales counts still show and ZERO and the customers still show as ZERO.. what am i doing wrong?

You mentioned that you are using manual checkout. Which of the following method are you using?

Option 1 – only manual and we send them an email outlining payment.

Option 1 does not do any post payment processing tasks. Updating the sale counter is a post payment processing task. So if you want to do that, use option 2 or 3.
