Tagged: renewal status, thank you page no output
Hi,
I have set these product payments to be monthly: http://wpcmshost.com/partner-program/ds/. However the monthly renewal is not going through automatically. I set the main price and then made the subscription renewal every one month at the same price. Why is this not working for me?
Thanks!
The buttons you have on this page are “Add to Cart” type buttons. You understand the difference between an “add to cart” type button and a subscription type button right? This post explains the difference:
Please spend some time reading the documentation of how to create a subscription button and it will save you a lot of hassle:

Thanks, I appreciate your response. Can I use a custom button with subscriptions, similar to the buy not option?
I am referring to something like this:
[wp_eStore_buy_now_custom_button id=x button=http://yoururl.com/images/select-button.png]
But for the subscribe button instead?
Once last question, can I have people who already paid once use their same account to start with subscription button, or do I have to delete their account and have them start over again?
You can use the following option to just get them to upgrade (no need to delete their existing account)
Perfect, thanks!
Last thing, I hope. How can I use a custom button image with the subscribe option?
For some reason the image URL I am trying to save isn’t. I add it, save the product and when I got back it is not longer there or saved. Any thoughts on why this could be happening?
You most likely upgraded the plugins and didn’t do a deactivate and reactivate. This is why it is important to follow the upgrade instruction (see the upgrade section):
