Hi There
I have setup a website to run with stripe payments only
I created a product with a free trial period for 14 days and then a payment of 997.00 (+whatever addons the customer has added – variations)
When I test this I use days to shorten the testing period.
I setup a free trial for 1 day then charge 1.00 one day later but stripe keeps charging the 1.00 continuously. I have tried this on live mode and still the same. Is this a stripe issue or a bad settings issue?
I also want to setup a free trial and then a payment plan (free trial of 14 days then 3 monthly payments of 339.00) – is this still not achievable with your plugin and stripe?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP
Thanks
Garreth

Thanks for your response – I am posting the debug file from the subscription settings doc: wp_pg_debug.log
This is setup to do the following: Charge £0 for a 4 day free trial and then £1 once the next day (day 5)
****** has been used in place of emails/shipping/sensitive info etc

I have added multiple new products & subscriptions all with the same issue of charging immediately at the start both in sandbox & live mode
I am not sure why this is happening
If the trial period is free, and a payment due after the trial, should the product price be zero?
Or should the product price be £1 and the subscription price be zero?
Thanks
December 19, 2018 at 4:27 am #78897wpCommerceModeratorWe need to take a closer look at your site to investigate this issue. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.

January 13, 2019 at 5:47 am #78899wpCommerceModerator@creativenergy, There was a minor bug where the subscription wouldn’t stop after the trial period for a once off payment. Updating the plugin has fixed this issue.
