I set up a product “1” and then also set up Stripe as a payment gateway.
Before I changed it over to be a subscription purchase, I made two payments successfully on this initial product.
I’ve now edited it to be a subscription, using this shortcode on the purchase page.
[wp_pg_eStore_subscription_button id=”1″ gateway=”stripe_subsc”]
I get a ‘oops, that page can’t be found” message now when I click on the subscribe button.
So I redid everything and checked everything and I’ve searched the forums. I don’t know enough about payment gateways to know if Stripe is refusing this for some reason. I’ve looked – I see the first payments are in there, but nothing I can see that explains why my subscriptions are being denied.
Can you confirm this is the right shortcode?
Is there somewhere I may have caused a conflict when I switched over? Something I didn’t update on the WP eStore settings that is now in conflict with the Payment Gateway Bundle, maybe?

December 7, 2015 at 11:11 pm #72044wpCommerceModeratorHi, You are using the right shortcode. Can you please check if the “collect details” page still exists on your site? You can find it under Settings -> Payment Gateway Bundle -> General Settings -> Form Processing Page URL
Please also provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look.

When I click either the yearly or the monthly subscription buttons, I am taken to this page: [http://www.goddesslifestyleplan.com/magic/estore-action/?eStore_subsc_discount=1&co_type=pp_subsc]
I am getting the same page not found error as mentioned above. I did have paypal as a payment gateway option as well, but have shut that off and only have stripe. But not sure how to get this to work. I did successfully process a regular product without issue, it only happens when I try to process the subscription.
