Strange message on page..

I am getting the follwing: Password Reset Please enter your e-mail address. You will receive a new password via e-mail. Email: — showing up on one of my pages. I can’t figure out what is causing it. The demo is: http://dre-ent.com/clients/ – and it shows up on the first slide “About” – What is going on? Thanks!

Sorry, I had to move the site to the client’s new hosting. The new URL is:

http://ncgbsc.org/ — It only appears on the very first one of the 3 that appear on the main page. That’s the only place I am getting this message.

I don’t see the message. Perhaps, it was a cache artifact.

It shows up on every computer that I have checked on. Even ones where I have never navigated to the site before. I have a screenshot of what I am talking about, but I don’t see how I can post it here..

I still don’t see anything when I got your website but do the following:

Then go to the eMember’s pages/forms settings menu and find the “Password Reset Page” field. Do what is says in the help text of that field. Let me know how you go after that.
