Still locked out of my wordpress site

I am still locked out of admin at my wordpress site. I tried your solution from the email you sent me and it did not work. I tried to remove the eMember files also and that did not work. I have been trying solutions all day today. My hosting company could not do anything either. Any other solution besides the one about “wp_capabilities?” I just purchased the eMember and eStore bundle package yesterday.

Turned out that the admin user account was deleted (I am guessing unintentionally) on that site so there were no admin account present. I created another user account for you with the same login details. You should be able to log into your admin now.

I seem to have also deleted the only admin account on a site of mine through eMember. My server is looking into the issue but haven’t had any luck. It seems like you’ve solved this problem before. Is there anything that can be done?

I actually got into MySQL and fixed this issue. For anyone else that is having this problem, they can follow the tutorial from the link below. I followed it and it worked like a charm.
