eStore stats page not showing any sales

The stats does not appear to be reporting any downloads even though I have 3 downloads on the site that currently have sales counts of 69,60 and 34 downloads!

I just enabled debug mode and then downloaded the item to see what showed up and there was nothing. The ipn_handle_debug.log file is blank and so are the sales stats.

These are free downloads but that shouldn’t make any difference should it?

I’m using eMember as well so only members can download files and I was hoping to get a list of what different members of the site have downloaded but that’s currently not happening.

The stats will only show product sales (not downloads). It has to go through a checkout process for the stats to consider that a sale. Are you using direct free download option or buy free items via the “Manual Checkout” option?

Ah ha. that’s why! It would be a good idea if, when using eStore and eMember together that you could see what members downloaded what. Be that free or paid.

Hi! Am having a similar problem but not with downloads. My stats page shows total transactions in dollars but does not show products in quantity sold, number of transactions, description of item etc but the total dollar number is correct. Also, only one transaction left me with a customer data list though no date for the sale, the other customers are missing even if I put my furthest back sale date to present date. How do I figure out what is happening? Thank you!
