Squeeze page won't send to thank you page or download product

I am using WordPress 3.5 and eStore v 6.9.6.4. I set up a squeeze page according to the instructions but I am having a number of issues.

1. No downloadable content: When I sign up I get an email saying no downloadable content. The file is 4.4 gig so I don’t know if that is an issue.

2. Can’t sent to thank you page. I added a thank you page and added the link to the button redirect url but it doesn’t take me anywhere after.

Did you fill in the “Digital Product URL” and check the “Downloadable” box for this product?

If you enable the debug logs, what does the squeeze_form_debug.log file contain? Check this post for this:

Yes, I did fill in Digital product url and check the downloadable box. I have followed the instructions for redirecting the user to the thank you page, but it just stays on the same page and says Email sent! “Please check your inbox for the download link.”

Looks like you are using the shortcode for the wrong product ID!

You are editing a product whose ID is 1. However, you have placed a squeeze form for product ID 5.

Please edit your squeeze form shortcode and use the correct product ID in the shortcode so it is not referencing to a wrong product.
