The squeeze form is not sending an email to the email address of the subscriber. I have tried with both email settings.
The log file is empty even though debug is enabled – I have been through the trouble shooting section on this but it only deals with the ipn log file which works fine.
When I set up a subscription the payment is accepted and is successful but the purchaser is not subscribed to the mailchimp list that they should be subscribed to. This log file is also empty.

Still no email or sign-up, lead also not being captured by wp affiliate platform

I have been through the auto responder settings and have double checked them.
List name is correct, I have ticked the use auto responder (mailchimp) box, API is copied and pasted from mailchimp, List is empty – so no duplicate email address
Still not getting the email with the free product – I have checked my spam folder.
Okay lt looks like your server has a restriction on sending a HTTP POST request to a script on the same server so it was failing. Simply use the Ajax version of the squeeze form shortcode and you will be fine. I placed the following shortcode on your test page and tested it out (it does the same thing.. just different method):
[wp_eStore_free_download_ajax:product_id:1:end]
