Site Breaks after updating to WP emember v10.40

After installing the v10.40 of WP emember the site is breaking on front end with following message:
Error! The account delete feature is currently DISABLED on this site. Check the settings menu of the plugin if you want to enable it

Backend of sites not affected so was able to deactivate plugin which fixed the sites and problem recurred when plugin reactivated.

Updated to new version on 6 different sites before catching the error (checked the backend functionality and not the front end … d’oh!). I was able to restore from backup but wondering what is causing the issue.

There is nothing done to invoke the error. As soon as I activate the plugin and then go to the front end of the site there is just a white screen with the error message.

I installed on several different sites with the same result. Will request a new link and try it again.

Thank you for pointing this out. The new little feature we added to the “self account delete” option was causing the issue. We have fixed it. Please load a new copy now and this should be resolved.

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)
