I created a new product at “Add/edit product” within the wp Estore on my wordpress dashboard.
Prodcut short key is 7
if i add this snippet ([wp_eStore_fancy2 id=3]) to my salespage at http://www.therawfoodfamily.com/shop.php I get this message on the page:
-======
Looks like you have entered a product ID in the shortcode that doesn’t exist. Please check your product ID and the shortcode again!
==========
the other shortcodes work, but are also messed up.
If I enter shortcode 5 it does display product nr 5, and so forth … (Nr.5 is already deleted by the way..)
what a mess
Any suggestions??
Try deactivating and then reactivating the plugin.
If your product ID is “7” then why are you using the following?
[wp_eStore_fancy2 id=3]
You should be using the following (notice how I am saying that the ID is 7)?
[wp_eStore_fancy2 id=7]
If you ever tell the plugin to show a display for a product that doesn’t exist in the database you will get the error that you are getting.
Sorry, that was a typo, of course.
Of course do I use the snippet [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=7]
after creating product Nr. 7
It wont display.
Is there any way to solve this without reinstalling? (As I have a membership program that is running with many members…)
You don’t lose any settings, product, member etc. data when you reinstall the plugin. Follow this instruction and let me know how that goes:

yeah thanks!
RE-installing fixed the prob!
Thanks so much!
