Shipping shows 0

I have base cost of 3.5 and product shipping of 3.5 but manual checkout shows zero. unable to open my store until fixed!

The international book preorder shows the shipping cost on the website but it doesn’t carry over to paypal

Its because you have check the “Use PayPal Profile Based Shipping” field in the eStore’s Payment Gateway settings. When you use PayPal profile based shipping eStore will ignore its shipping so that PayPal can apply the profile based shipping that you configured in your PayPal profile. If you want to use eStore’s shipping please uncheck the “Use PayPal Profile Based Shipping” field.

We are having the same problem. The eStore calculates our shipping correctly (a base cost plus a per item cost), but Paypal ignores the shipping costs and just charges our customer for the items. However, we have never had the PayPal Profile Based Shipping checked.
