SpectatorHi Support,
I set up the shipping option in the Checkout page with a variation shipping with code:
Amount|$5|$10|$20
It does show up in the checkout page, but after I clicked the “Update” button, it won’t update the total amount in the cart…
I tried to add a [wp_eStore_order_summary] below the shopping cart, it doesn’t show the shipping amount either.
How should I do it?
Thanks,

Are you using any page caching plugins?

SpectatorYes, I am using WP Fastest Cache plugin. But the problem still exists after I clear all the caches and even deactivated the plugin.

Moderator“Officially,” we only support WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache. Please see if you can configure your preferred caching plugin, to behave in the same manner as the ones mentioned.

SpectatorWell, I mentioned that even after I deactivated the Fastest Cache plugin, the final amount doesn’t show up. But I will try to set it up according the settings of WP Super Cache..Will update with result..
Is there any other reason for not showing the final amount with shipping?

KeymasterRemember to empty the cached pages (from the caching plugin in question) before you deactivate the caching plugin. The cached pages can still be served even if the caching plugin is deactivated. Then try the test again.

KeymasterI will take a look at your setup to see what I can find. I have sent you an email for it.

KeymasterYour shipping variation configuration was wrong. The variation needs to be entered exactly in the format shown in the following documentation (otherwise it won’t work):
