Sales/commissions not showing on direct Paypal button integration

I am using the direct Paypal button with WP Affiliate integration as documented here https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-affiliate/plain-paypal-button-and-affiliate-plugin-integration-168

I am using Option 1. The debug log shows the sales as made, but Referral details are not.

The referrer value looks to be empty. Please provide the following details so I can inspect more:

1) A link to your landing page in question (where you have the payment button)

2) The affiliate link that you are using to test

3) A link to your thank you page (where the visitor is landing after PayPal).

Looks like those are completely two DIFFERENT domains. WordPress plugins work within the install where it is active.

It’s like you installed a plugin on domain A and now expecting that plugin plugin to do tasks on domain B.

I changed it so it is all the same domain, and it worked.
