Sales not being registered

The affiliate program was working fine using Paypal, but now I’ve moved to using the Authorize.net payment gateway but going through Internet Secure. I’m using wp ecommerce for the cart and have added the extra lines of code to the transaction file as described on the site, but I’m not getting the finished sales for purchases through the affiliate program. The click-throughs are showing, but not the sales.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Certainly. Here’s an example of an affiliate link from an actual affiliate. Again, the clickthroughs are registering, but not the sale.

Everything is looking good from the outside. I am gonna have to take a look at your site to be able to troubleshoot and see what is happening after the sale. I will send you an email.

I just installed the program and ran a test…twice. Both times it tracked the clicks but not the sales. Can you help?
