eStore Version v6.5.4
In troubleshooting a customer reported problem with a digital product sale not delivering download links via email or the thank-you page I found that this sale processed without errors at Paypal but there is no record in the eStore log for the customer and the customer did not get added to my mailing list through the auto responder.
I checked the database and don’t see anything in the sales or the customer tables and I did not have logging turned on at the time. Logging is now turned on in case it happens again.
Since I didn’t find anything searching the forum I thought I would ask if this is a known issue or if there is something else I can check.
Can you see that sale under eStore’s manage customer menu?
Keep the debug option enabled for now so If you find this problem occurs again then we will be able to investigate the debug log file to see what happened.
Also it might be a good idea to load a fresh copy of eStore by following the instructions here:
