March 16, 2013 at 10:01 pm #8730dianabauman MemberHello, I’m currently using s2 member and wp affiliate. For some reason, the affilate sales are not being tracked. I’ve read through the directions and thought I had everything set up correctly, but it’s still not tracking. [www.spain-in-iowa.com/menuplan] Can someone help me trouble shoot? I’d appreciate any help I can get! Thanks so much! WP Affiliate Platform Settings v 5.4.9 I’m wondering if you could help me with a rundown of the settings. I think I have to have something set wrong. For example, Do I need to have this checked – Enable 3rd Party Cart Integration:? It’s currently not checked Thanks so much! Diana March 18, 2013 at 11:16 pm #54483admin KeymasterHi Diana, Thank you for sharing the details. Everything looks good as far as what you shared. The only thing that is missing is verifying that step 3 for the following documentation was done correctly: I have sent you an email to get access to the site so I can check that and get to the bottom of this. Update :The information explained in step 3 of the documentation wasn’t in place. I have corrected this in your site now so it should work correctly.
