Two Problems…
(1) After I’ve auto upgrade a member level from A level to B level the member can’t access to A anymore
(2) How can I reverse the auto upgrade to return to A level?
I try to erase the auto upgrade A to B in auto upgrade menu, but the system maintain the member as B level in background
You can edit a membership record from your WP Admin dashboard and change a members membership level to anything you want. Go to eMember Dashboard -> Manage Members -> Edit the Member in question
There is a configuration item in eMember settings page called “Enable Secondary Membership”. If you enable this, your members should be able to have access both levels A and B.
Alternatively, if your membership level B should have access to all content from level A then simply edit your content protection and give level B access to all level A content plus the extra stuff.
