Please do the following:
1. Load a fresh build of the plugin:

2. Do what this post says to enable debug then do a test transaction:

3. Share the content of the debug file (the post above will tell you where you can find them)

I have installed version version 6.4.0 and did another purchase with the same happening – no download link showing on the “thank you” page.(Also, this time buyer did not receive an email with purchase details& download link.)
The error_log file shows the following details:
[03-Feb-2012 03:32:46] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare estore_email_log_message() (previously declared in /home/tss707/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_email.php:3) in /home/tss707/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/email.php on line 6
One thing majorly wrong here:
There is no such file called “email.php” in the eStore plugin anymore but your error message is pointing to that file. This suggest that you are still keeping an old version of the plugin somewhere in the “plugins” directory. We specifically mention in the upgrade guide to not keep multiple copies of the same plugin in the plugins directory:

Make sure you delete any of the eStore plugin from the “plugins” directory of WordPress then upload a fresh a new copy.
