Require terms & conditions on Subscription buttons only?

Is it possible to require the Terms/Conditions checkbox for Subscription buttons only, and NOT for Buy now buttons?

If so, how?

That would be very useful!

Hi, This is not possible at the moment. You only have the option to enable terms and conditions on both “Buy Now” and “Subscription” type buttons at the same time. Your terms and conditions page can have different sections to cover different terms for your buy now and subscription products.
