Hi
I am using version 8.4.8 with the latest wordpress version. The plugin was working like a charm until a week back but now has stopped sending registration links. Everything else is working fine and once I manually sent the registration link, it goes well.
I have the contact form 7 plugin that works fine on the site. I’d really appreciate if the admin can help me out. My site is [www.intervenors.ca]
March 5, 2013 at 3:11 pm #54225jimmy-georgeMemberI just enabled debugging but do not know what to do with the files
March 5, 2013 at 10:29 pm #54226PeterMemberSomething on your site or your PayPal account profile has changed (you may have changed something without realizing that it would cause some issues). I would recommend you to go through this checklist:

After looking at your site it appears you are using a paypal button to accept membership payments. To eliminate the possibility that it may be a PayPal button/account profile setup issue can you please perform the troubleshooting instructions on this page and share the contents of ip_handle_debug.log:
March 6, 2013 at 7:13 pm #54227jimmy-georgeMemberI had enabled debug in the settings and there was a sign up after that. The log file is empty but I can see the new member name and email address when I click “members” menu. The username field is blank which I think is because they reg link is not being sent automatically.
I have installed the email testing plugin you have and the first option works and I get the mail. But when I test with the custom header option, the mail does not arrive. I’ve checked the spam folder also
March 6, 2013 at 7:24 pm #54228jimmy-georgeMemberI do not remember changing anything in paypal. I have added one more address in paypal but have not changed the primary email.
March 6, 2013 at 7:26 pm #54229jimmy-georgeMemberI did not chnage the paypal ipn settings or anything like that. Also, everything was working until a week ago.
March 7, 2013 at 1:07 am #54230jimmy-georgeMemberDo you recommend using an SMTP plugin like the one here at [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-smtp/]. I have a feeling that the server is not properly sending mail stuff it should be.
All of a sudden, I see two perfectly automated sign-ups, meaning everything worked well. Iam waiting to see what happens now
