eMember – Member Registration "Failed"

I’ve installed and setuped a free member ship fallowing by “2. How to Setup a Free Membership Site” video tutorial. Everything seems to work fine part of a registration process.

After filled the form details getting message:

“Failed.

Something went wrong. Please Contact Admin.”

When I set ‘WP_DEBUG’ to true then REGISTER button doesn’t work.

And there are error lines on the top of website:

I use wordpress 3.02 and WP eMemeber v5.9.3

I spent some time on it and still not sure what is wrong. I hope you can help me.

The issue looks a little strange. We have sent you an email to get site access so we can check this issue out.

I have the same issue.. I’m using an older version of eMember (v7.4.3), though.

Will an upgrade fix it?

I was successful in creating 2 member accounts but, after some tweaks and a third test, the third account failed.

Yes, please load a fresh updated copy of eMember first:

When you say you applied some tweaks do you mean you made some changes to the eMember code?
