MemberI’m testing and testing the sign up flow. The registration letter was coming just fine a couple of hours ago.
I have been testing a lot of plug ins too…did I break something? I tried to have folk register after the thank you page and via a embedded link in the autoresponder–didn’t work–but did that break things?
I’ve gotten an error three times in a row. Everything goes beautifully until it’s time to get my registration link via e-mail..then I get

MemberUm…Hullo? It’s very important that I get the store working. I reinstalled the plugins over the old ones and removed all the extraneous databases…still got the error, sigh.
Didn’t get anything as far as the debugging…going to try the nuclear option of deleting all the databases for these plugins and reinstalling. That means I have to put my store items back in, but I don’t have many…and redo everything
Sheesh.

MemberLooking at some other threads…mentioned htaccess permission problems…maybe I’ll check that before going nuclear…but where is that file?
Going to sit on it for a while before I do anything…need a break

MemberHi, If the debug file is empty please see the following post on how to troubleshoot this: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/what-to-do-if-the-debug-file-is-empty
Are you using Wishlist? This error message usually means you are not using the latest version of Wishlist.
Let me know how it goes. You should not need to delete the database and reinstall.

MemberI did delete the databases and replace everything because I only had one or two test items in the store…it fixed everything right up.
I’m not using Wishlist, but maybe it was my testing of my old version that jacked everything up.
