    I have tested the system and keep getting complains from Random customers not getting transaction receipts email. Some email accounts arent working nothing in specific domain.

    When I test the same email using Send email to Customer it works ok – but when I try with the actual transaction it doesnt come through.

    How can I resolve

    Which “specific domains” are you talking about? That means those domains have blocked you.

    When I test the same email using Send email to Customer it works ok – but when I try with the actual transaction it doesnt come through.

    as an example there are yahoo.com, hotmail and some msn.com its specific email address.

    Our plugin doesn’t different between any email addresses. If you see (in the log file) that the plugin sent the email then it is definitely sent. Those emails are getting blocked by outside force.

    Remember, sometimes those services will block email if the mail contains certain link (or other patterns that it doesn’t like).

    I checked the logs and it doesnt show that “Product Email successfully sent to” email was ever send to those addresses which is strange – so the system never send the email out again these are specific email address from yahoo gmail and other domains.

    Please do the following first (just to make sure):

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins

    Then do a test using one of those emails that doesn’t work. Share the URL of your page where you have the buy buttons so I can check the log file myself.
