Product + Subscription bundle

Hello,

I have created a product that contains a downloadable link (digital product) and a reference text to membership level (subscription). Technically it works fine, but the purchase confirmation e-mail does not contain download link for the product, but only “Your account has been upgraded successfully”. The link appears on Thank You page, but that is not enough, as a client can lose the file and may want to re-download it again.

Can you propose some solution?

You are obviously missing the eStore’s standard product notification email. Do you have the “Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase” field unchecked in eStore settings?
