Hi there,
I have a question regarding product sales and the autoresponders feature of WP estore. I have successfully set up the feature and used it on one of my sites in the recent past, creating a similar product elsewhere on WP eStore which went on sale today. However, I’m noticing that the product sale only seems to be *sporadically* sending the buyer’s information to the MailChimp API (1 attempt out of 5 appears to have worked correctly.)
My first question is, is the process not immediate?
Should I expect a general time delay for the Mailchimp API to register the new member and have his/her subscription information kick in?
The reason for my concern is because my product sale triggers some Mailchimp autoresponders and welcoming pages, which really need to be immediate to complete the customer experience. And I would prefer to not manually input their information into MailChimp.
For the record, I first had it set up for the product to specifically push to one MailChimp list (let’s call it List A), whereas the eStore’s default setup was set to push to a separate customer list (List .
After noticing the apparent error, I decided to change the default eStore setting so that it pushed to List A, like the the individual product that also pushes to List A.
Thanks for the help!

It may take a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox though (this can vary from autoresponder to autoresponder). I find that Mailchimp is pretty quick on sending the confirmation (usually withing 3-5 minutes).
Now to find out the signup issue. Please enable debug on the site where it is not working as expected and then share the debug content so we can see what it did wrong:

Also, please read this post and do the test which will help you find out the issue with the autoresponder singup:
Let me know how you go.
