When I click the Add to Cart Button it takes me to the checkout page where I put the cart short code (I enabled auto redirect to checkout page) except is says “Your Cart is Empty”. Any ideas why that is?
Please post a link to your products page.
It seems to work just fine when I put the cart on the same page as the Add To Cart button. But, when I put the cart on a different page and enable Auto Redirection to Checkout Page it displays the message “your cart is empty”. I can put the cart on a different page than the button, right?
The add to cart button is on [www.handwrite-4-cash.com]
Note: The estore button is your standard add to cart button in the middle of the page, not the orange one in the sidebar.
Thanks,
Ray

Issue Resolved!
Thanks!
Hi, I have a similar problem but not on all devises.
On my macbook and iphone I can add a product which get get added to the cart. It works fine.
But on other devices (several clients emailed about it and I could see the problem on other smartphones) it’s not working. The cart remains always empty.
Here’s my online store: [http://pratiquer-la-meditation.com/ressources]
Thank you for your help
Please perform these tests to determine if there is a PHP sessions problem:

Thank you wzp.
I did contact my server provider (GoDaddy) and they uploaded a php sessions test file which worked fine.
I didn’t upload new plugging recently, and the wp estore pluggin worked correctly until these last 3 weeks.
What do you suggest I look into?
Thanks
Are you using any caching plugins on your site?
I’m using W3 Total Cache. I just did the procedure suggested here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/using-the-plugins-with-w3-total-cache-plugin
I’ll check on other devices, but it seems to have resolved the issue… thank you!
