Photo Seller – Product description not appearing correctly in email

When I get a Notification of Payment email from Paypal, the product description is not appearing correctly. I use ” in my descriptions to inform of image and mount sizes in inches. In the Paypal notification the ” is appearing as 10â€�. How can I change this? It’s okay if I put in two single quotes – ”. Please don’t tell me I have to go through and amend all descriptions!!

Also not getting the product specified in the WP Photo Seller email saying that someone has bought something. It just reads – This mail is to notify you of a product sale. Product Details:

The sale was made to …. How do I get it to insert the product bought?

The paypal IPN is not likely arriving in UTF-8 format. Please do the following in your paypal account to enable UTF-8 formatting for the IPN:
