Problems uploading tracks.

Hi all,

we manage an mp3 digital store, and in order to setup the catalogue we have to upload both mp3 and 320Kbps tracks.

I tried to upload tracks on the server as the FAQ and the manual exposed but i have always the problem with the link download, that never work.

Is possible to have the step-by step procedure to upload correctly tracks on the server?

I have to upload manually via my FTP or i can uplaod via WordPress uploader, so in the default folder “upload”?

Maybe i miss something and i’m not able to manage correctly the encrypted link download, so after tryng to buy track, the transaction process wiorks very fine, but when i click on the link i receive always “file not found error”.

“File Not Found” means the URL you have entered in the “Digital Product URL” field of your product is no good (probably has a typo).
