Hello,
I have a problem with the protection of pages that seem to work.
I have created a level ‘Semaine1’ (see image:http://awesomescreenshot.com/09csm3793)
I have created an access only to the main page of the members and to a specific page
See my screenshot : http://awesomescreenshot.com/0fdsm3hda
Then on the page, I checked the protection
See my screenshot : http://awesomescreenshot.com/052sm3n75
and yet I type the address of my protected page without being identified, I have access anyway, in your opinion, what is the problem?

Can you please check the following to ensure that you haven’t made any configuration errors:
If the above doesn’t solve your issue and your configuration looks ok, can you please install a fresh copy of the latest eMember by using the following instructions:

January 26, 2012 at 6:24 am #41096adminKeymasterJust to clarify… the page is not being protected when you expect it to right?
1. Can you please share a screenshot of the membership level page?
2. Does the following page or post belong to a category?
http://personnesagees.membractif.com/zone-membres/semaine-1/
3. Can you share a screenshot showing the “General Protection” settings of the above page?

January 26, 2012 at 12:42 pm #41098adminKeymasterThank you. I have sent you an email to get site access so I can check this out.
January 26, 2012 at 2:03 pm #41099adminKeymasterLooks like you have used eMember’s section protection on those pages which is why the full page is not being protected (it is only protecting the section that you have inside the section protection shortcode)
January 26, 2012 at 2:24 pm #41100objectifwebMemberHi Ivy,
ok, I understand what is happening!
In fact I use a few tags that display a menu depending on the level of the member to give access only to pages that have the right and it seems that when you put the tag in the content, protecting the page does over the same way!
I’ll find another way to display a menu
