We seem to have an issue setting up a subscription product using paypal pro. We have followed this guide: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-payment-gateway-bundle-paypal-payments-pro-subscription-setup-2425
We setup the short code with the correct product ID just like the example:
[wp_pg_eStore_subscription_button id=”1″ gateway=”pppro_subsc”]
(our product is also 1)
The problem is when we click on the “subscribe” button it seems to redirect to the cart page (/estore-cart-page/), but it reads that the cart is empty. It does show the form at the bottom but no item is being added to the cart. It reads “Your cart is empty”.
We would greatly appreciate your help on this.

Hi, I believe PHP session is not working on your server. Please do the tests outlined in the following post:

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it is not a PHP session problem. Creating normal products works perfectly fine when added to cart. The problem seems to be specific with the subscription product using paypal pro.
