Problem with Japanese Language encoding

I finally fixed the the problem about Blank-page and partially translated Japanese language but I have still problem.

After payment the email to buyer and to seller has problem about charset,

Item and shipping Address of buyer are not corrected write:

ITRANA??E?Q?T?O?????? x 1 – ￥1 (JPY)

“?????” should be Japanese.

What is strange is that ¥ it appears correctly becuase is the comment I wrote in buyer-email-section but the data managed from email making code looks like doesn`t support Japanese.

“Use WordPress Mailing System” is checked.

Do you have any guess about how fix that problem?

Before I setted “Japanese” as language on Paypal account thinking that was the best setu-up but I hade encoding problems, now using UTF-8 all works perfectly!
