This is the message I am getting when I or someone else makes a purchase. I have set everything up correctly and it is all working correctly on the paypal side of things (taking peoples money). It is bringing the customer back to the thank you page correctly and showing or displaying the links correctly. However, when someone clicks on the link to start the download it comes back with the message above.
I am not sure what to do here and I can not figure out why this is happening, any direction would be extremely helpful. I have been having to manually send customers the videos and I really need to figure out what is wrong because this will be next to impossible as my site starts to grow. Thanks ahead of time.

Digital content details:
The URL of the digital product that you are selling. eg. http://www.your-domain.com/downloads/ebook/superman.zip (I currently have this as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10)
I did this because of:
Enter the product IDs separated by comma (eg. 3,8,18) if making a bundled product. Enter the file URLs separated by comma if the product has multiple files.
Question is do I have to put the entire url for all the downloads http://my_site/downloads/product1,http://my-site/downloads/product2, etc…. And if I do it this way will it resolve the error message I have listed in the above post?

ParticipantI am guessing this is a bundle product based on what you have entered in the “Digital Product URL” field. My question to you is, does the download for product 1 work?
